In addition to our bed and breakfast suites and apartments, we also offer a long term fully serviced studio apartment from as little as 600 euro a month and can offer you an unbeatable deal for a long term rental; either for an apartment or bed and breakfast accommodation for the winter months.

We live in Montblanc , a typical French village in Languedoc, the heart of the real South of France, warm bread and croissants on your own table every morning. We are a few minutes from the Mediterranean with the mountains and lakes of the Languedoc National Park on our doorstep. Discover the history of the region in the local towns of Pezenas, Montpellier and Carcassonne.

We have a large house and plenty of room for our private apartments and bed and breakfast guests. The apartments and B&B suites are perfect for families, we welcome children and have cots and high chairs.

The village of Montblanc is in the Languedoc region in the South of France and dates from Roman times. Our beautiful house is built of  stone; the main frontage is 19th century,  a French “Maison de Maitre”,  a home for a landowner or  professional person. Originally our house was the home of a doctors family. Some parts  are much older and there have been many changes over the centuries.

We offer you an apartment, suite or private room in our home and you can share our gardens and private swimming pool. We can also offer Bed and Breakfast, with the rooms and suites.

Whether you are a guest in our holiday apartments, or our bed and breakfast, we offer you our Table d’Hote where you can join us for an excellent evening meal with as much local wine as you wish, Carole is a great cook and the local wines are among the best in the world.

Most rooms have air conditioning. There is full central heating which is needed in some winter weeks.

We have more double bedrooms with a king size bed or two single beds plus en-suite full bathrooms an showers,  others have a double bed (140 cm) – if you require comfortable accommodation for a larger group, up to 14 people, do contact us.

With our two little girls, Carole and I came to live in France nearly 20 years ago. We have enjoyed having hundreds of guests at our first Languedoc home in Nizas. Four years ago we moved to the nearby village in Languedoc of Montblanc, closer to the Mediterranean. Our gardens have lawns, picnic areas, barbecue spaces and a large swimming pool for our guests.

All bedrooms and living rooms are light, comfortable and peaceful. We offer completely private individual apartments or suites of rooms, either as bed and breakfast accommodation or self contained and private apartments.

We call our Maison d’Hote Villa Roquette – Roquette (arugula) grows everywhere around us in the vineyards, it is good to eat, but not too much – it is said to be an aphrodisiac.
