Montblanc Village Scenes

Montblanc was originally a town of Ancient Rome – the main Roman Road to Spain, the Via Domitia passes close to the village and the name ‘Montblanc’ is derived from the original Roman name.

Most of the building in the center are medieval and are build for defense against invaders and wild animals.

The high street has all the main shops needed for the community. Wednesday is market day.
