We are thinking of offering very special winter rates – the months from September through to April – for guests wanting to stay longer than 4 weeks at a time – house hunting – escaping the cold (although it can be cold in the South of France in winter) – an artists retreat – or just ‘chilling out’

It depends on which months you require and what facilities you require – we can offer fully serviced, (including water electricity, heating, cooling etc), from 550 euro per month (for the the months from October to May) for a studio apartment with kitchen, shower room and WC – we also have one or two bedroom apartments with living rooms, or we can offer a long term B&B (with private bathroom) for as little as 25 euro a day.
For a year, we can offer the studio apartment (not on our website yet) for 800 euro a month all the year or can still offer the B&B for 30 euro a day all the year
