We named this Studio Quince as we had already named Poppy, Rose and Sunflower and thought something local beginning with the letter ‘Q’ would be good – so – Quince, which grows in hedgerows all around our village.

The entrance is from the hallway on the first floor and the studio can be incorporated into the Sunflower suite to make either a third bedroom or a separate dining room or study for the Sunflower apartment.

The entrance to the studio has a bathroom with shower and WC to the left and leads to a fully equipped kitchen area with full oven, fridge, microwave and hotplates.

The entrance to the living area is through an archway from the kitchen and can be used as a bedroom, as a study or dining room. The view is to the gardens and front of the house and faces a quiet street.

There is full central heating in Winter and all services and charges are included.

There is a washer/dryer for guests on the ground floor.

All facilities are included, swimming pool, gardens, barbecue area, secure parking etc

The Studio makes a perfect base to relax and discover the South of France – guests have full use of our gardens all year round and swimming pool in Spring and Summer with terraces and barbecue area (we have had barbecues in January, but not every year)
